Based in Horndean, Waterloville, Hampshire, we are well located to cover a good part of the southern counties. We have been working as Victoria Brickwork for a good 20 years and have more recently in 2022 registered as VHC Victoria Hampshire Construction ltd in order to cover both commercial and domestic works. We are a growing company that covers a wide range of projects but we still do many local smaller works. We have been lucky to have worked on a wide range of heritage properties some with large nationwide home builders and others direct to clients in central London, from this we have the benefit of the hands on skills and knowledge for both heritage and modern construction. We have a diverse background in general building where all your construction needs can be meet through our team with all our main trades having the relevant certification and insurance.

Construction qualifications and associations
Matthew Avis, director, builder, company owner is SMSTS site manager trained, a qualified bricklayer and time served builder.
We have worked in a few sectors of building in the last 25+ years and met many good skilled guys along the way from, road work, roofing, substructures, specialised drainage, brick/stone work and site management. From small patios to large single one off builds.
We have close contact with a good architect/structural engineer and have built up good relations with a local structural and steel fabricator. This helps us and the client in getting information across at the same time allowing jobs to progress smoothly and to schedule.
